PRODUCT CARE

Please care for any Briella collection product : for best results please keep your items in the protective packaging provided as moisture in the air can tarnish metals. Please note that hairspray or perfume should not be applied directly to the tiara or jewellery otherwise it will cause discolouration and can damage these precious metals and gems. Wipe them gently and as often as you can with a dry cloth and keep them in their box. Avoid wearing during bathing, sleeping or any vigorous activity.

Each material may differ in durability and care required. For example, brass needs constant care and is sensitive to water and a chemical that comes into contact with it, while many skin types can cause it to oxidize. In contrast, stainless steel is quite durable in most situations. 925 silver is durable, it needs cleaning from time to time with a dry cloth and returns to its original state.

SHIPPING

Deliveries are made with DK express courier to Athens, estimated time of delivery 1 – 3 working days, tel 0030-210-491-7065.

And with ACS courier to the rest of Greece, 1- 3 working days. Delivery cost to Greece 4€.

Deliveries to Cyprus are made by ACS courier within 6 – 11 days, cost 13€, and 18€ by express 1 -3 days.

Deliveries to the rest of the European countries are done by Greek Post Office 5-15 days, with tracking info, cost 15€.

Vat is included in all the above pricing.

RETURNS

You may return your item back to us within 20 days and you may choose another item from our collection. If the item is from our bridal collection, due to its nature, we would kindly ask, that you also send us a photo of your ID and wedding invitation before exchanging the item. No money refunds. Please do contact us by email first at [email protected] or phone 690 890 3478. If an item is returned back to us by the client as unwanted, the client must pay for the delivery fees of the return. Our pieces are checked and packed well to ensure they reach you safely, however, in case of an item arriving damaged to a client, please contact us within 24 hours of the time of delivery. All delivery charges for the return in such case are handled by us, but you may only exchange your item with the same item but new.

Earrings cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons.
